Upon defeating Ludwig you will move to the area that looks like a prison, at the end of that hallway you will come up to a church like area with rats in the back and two powerful enemies near an altar. These items are missable and should be picked up by anyone wishing to complete the DLC. With this method, it's a quick and easy 11 Blood Vials and 10 Quicksilver Bullets just by killing 4 enemies in around a minutes time!įind Laurence's Skull and the Church Cannon! Once she's dead, drop down and kill the half-dead guy banging on the gate bars for another 5 Blood Vials. When you just pass the gate, turn right, and kill the Eye Collector on the upper path that is facing away from you. Now, head back and go up the path on the left side, toward the Ludwig the Accursed/Holy Blade boss fight. You should now get 6 Blood Vials from picking up the item he drops. Wait for him to turn around, and do the same thing that you did with the other giant. Now, don't make any sudden movements and back off a little bit towards the Nightmare Church, as you should see another regular Cthulu Giant start walking into the Blood Lake from the right side. While he doesn't drop Blood Vials, you'll still get 10 Quicksilver Bullets from killing him. Slowly creep up behind him and backstab him once and then hit him to death, and he should be dead. Continue until you're at the Blood Lake, you should see a large Cthulu Giant wielding a Church Cannon in front of you. The first thing you'll want to do is exit the Nightmare Church by leaving through the main doorway. Once you have this lit, we can start getting some vials!
